Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits made through bKash to ba99fun are generally credited to your casino wallet within a few minutes. If bank servers are busy, it may take up to 30 minutes. If your balance is not credited within the expected time, contact live chat with a screenshot of the transaction.
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer) is ৳500. Sending less than this may result in the transaction not being accepted, and getting a refund may take some time. It is therefore advised to always deposit at least ৳500.
After a withdrawal request is verified at ba99fun, funds generally arrive in your Nagad, bKash, or Rocket account within 5 to 30 minutes. The same timeframe applies to bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
ba99fun does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees of its own. However, your mobile banking service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or bank may apply their own transaction charges. These vary according to the respective service provider's policies.
Yes, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) is one of the supported payment methods at ba99fun. Just like bKash and Nagad, you can easily deposit and withdraw using Rocket. The minimum deposit of ৳500 and minimum withdrawal of ৳1,000 apply equally to all methods.
For bank transfers, use the bank account details shown on ba99fun's cashier page. Include your user ID as the transfer reference. Sending a slip or screenshot as proof of transaction to the support team helps speed up the process.

Games and How to Play
To bet on BPL or any cricket match, go to ba99fun's cricket betting section. Bets can be placed before the match starts or live during the match. You can bet on markets such as match winner, innings score, top batsman, and more. Read the odds and market terms carefully before placing a bet.
Slot games are very simple to play — no special skill is needed. All you do is press the spin button to spin the reels. That said, understanding each game's pay table and bonus features makes the experience more enjoyable. ba99fun offers slots from many popular providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JILI.
RTP, or Return to Player, is the percentage of total bets that a game returns to players over the long term. For example, a 95% RTP means there is an average chance of ৳95 coming back for every ৳100 wagered — but this is a theoretical average, not a guarantee for any single session. All games at ba99fun run on verified RNG technology.
Yes, ba99fun is fully mobile-optimized. It can be played smoothly from a browser on both Android and iOS devices. Games load quickly and touch controls are responsive. No separate app download is needed — just log in directly from your mobile browser.
In live casino, a real dealer runs the game from a studio via live video streaming. You can play Baccarat, Roulette, or other table games with a real dealer from the comfort of your home. ba99fun offers live games from world-class providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.
Yes, Spribe's Aviator game is available at ba99fun. A plane gradually flies upward as the multiplier increases. If you click the "Cash Out" button before the plane crashes, you win according to the multiplier at that moment. It is a fast-paced and strategic crash game.
Section 04

When you open an account at ba99fun for the first time, you receive a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus.
A 10x wagering requirement means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Say you receive a ৳2,000 bonus — you would need to place ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing. Once this condition is met, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn freely.
The ba99fun VIP program works automatically — no separate application is needed. As you play regularly, you can move up from Bronze to Silver, Gold, Platinum, and the highest level, Diamond. At Diamond level, weekly cashback goes up to 1.0%. Cashback and special benefits increase at every tier.
Weekly cashback is paid as a set percentage of your total net losses for the week. Cashback rates are 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and up to 1.0% at Diamond level. It is calculated automatically each week and added to your wallet.
